Willie is more than a cousin in law to me. He is like a big brother. Cecile, was very close to me even when we were kids. I was Cecile’s chaperone when she went out with Willie. I got to really know him and became close to him. He is kind, caring, witty and always ready to have a helping hand for anything you need. Also very religious and encouraging us to hear mass. He was so much in love with cecile and i saw that from the beginning,. Cecile saw the good qualities of Willie and fell in love with him. INOW CECILE and Willie ARE reunited in HEAVEN FOREVER . 💕🙏🙏🙏i miss them and i love them both. Bye Willie hug cecile for me❤️❤️❤️
