Shirley Ann Fox Obituary (1939

Shirley Ann Fox, age 77, Clay Township, Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2016, at 4:50 AM in her home. Born in Cumru Township, Berks County, a daughter of the late Samuel and Lulu E. (Ziemer) Styer, she was married 59 years to Willis H. Fox. An active member of St. Paul's Evangelical Congregational Church, Reamstown, she was a waitress at the former Akron Restaurant. Shirley cherished family times, especially at the mountains. She enjoyednursing home visits andsharing meals with friendsand had a great talent with crafts. Surviving in addition to her husband are children: Yvonne, married to Curt Bergman, Adamstown; John, married to Pam Fox, Frystown; Kirk, married to Becky Fox, Reinholds; grandchildren: Shane, Josh, Jeremy, Cody, Hunter, Jaclyn Broc; great-grandchildren: Elaina Brantley; sisters, Marie Cooper and Violet Fox, brothers, Richard Styer and Earl 'Bobby' Styer. Siblings, Mary May Styer, Betty Goldsboro, Catherine Kiefer, 'Tootie' Kiefer and George Styer, predeceased her.Shirley's visitation will be held onWednesday, Decemeber 14, from 11 AM to 1 PM, with the service beginningat 1 PMin St. Paul's E. C. Church, 46 E. Church St., Reamstown, PA 17567. The Rev. Kirk R. Marks will officiate. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring.
