He was united in marriage to Millie L. Seiter on May 22, 1976 in Clonmel, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell D. And Mary (Seymour) Frost; sisters, Becky and Sheila Frost; grandson, Nick Frost. Survivors: wife, Millie; children, Helen (Roger) Ray, Greg (Amber) Frost, Russell R. Frost, Jr, and Stacy L. Frost, all of Clearwater; sisters, Kay (James) Francis of Conway Springs, Malessa (Danny) Grissom of Eureka, Dana Page of Lindsay, OK; brother, Daniel Wayne Page of Cement, OK; 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, Memorial: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, (Memorial Processing Center), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
