MiKesha J. Cross, 35, departed this life on, October 8, 2016 at Porter Memorial Hospital, in Valparaiso, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Life Temple Church of God in Christ, 3709 U.S. 20, Michigan City, Indiana with Pastor Andrew Brown officiating. Burial will be 10am, Monday, October 17, 2016 at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens and visitation will be 12 noon, Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the church until the time of service. MiKesha was born October 7, 1981, in Michigan City, Indiana; to Michael Jerome Cross and Connie Jean Parchman. She graduated from Michigan City Rogers High School. MiKesha loved music, cooking and watching television. MiKesha leaves to cherish her memories; her father, Michael Jerome Cross, Detroit, Michigan; three brothers, Jerome A. Cross and Michael Alexander Cross both of Detroit, Michigan; Antonio Perry Cross, Memphis, Tennessee; two uncles, Levi "Glen" Wilson and Mark Anthony Hudson, both of Michigan City, Indiana; one aunt, Jacqueline Marie Wilson, Michigan City, Indiana; maternal grandmother, Mary E. Hudson, Michigan City, Indiana; special aunts, Lucille Parish, Michigan City, Indiana; and Clara Davis, Ivan, Texas; special friends; Tracy, Jackie Byrd, Michigan City, Indiana; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Connie Jean Parchman, one sister Dominique Cross, her paternal and maternal grandparents.
