Michel A. "Mikey" Goff Jr. age 33 passed away on 4/17/2025 in Springfield Illinois Mikey was born on 9/8/1991 in Springfield Illinois. He is survived by his parents, Mike Sr. and Julie Goff, 2 sisters, Kaitlin Goff and Brianne Cook, 1 brother, Jim Mcbride, one son, Ace Nathan Goff, his Grandma Diane Bokamp, Aunt Pam Brust, Aunt Denise Risinger, and several neices and nephews. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He graduated from Lanphier High School in 2010 and was an avid track runner for their team. He held several cooking positions in his lifetime, with his most favorite being Engrained Brewery, where he was able to create a menu item called Mikeys Hot Ham which is still on the menu today. He was recently working for his dad at Dreamhome Drywall. His favorite past times included long distance running, cooking, and playing chess. But his most recent favorite was spending time and playing with his son Ace. He had a laugh that was contagious and a smile he shared with many. He has been described as genuine, competitive, loyal, a great guy and a sweet boy. Private Cremation will be carried out with a Celebration of his Life coming soon.
