Jordin Louis Montgomery-Douglas, age 1, of Elgin, passed away on February 21, 2017 at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL. Jordin was born November 5, 2015 to his parents, Patricia Douglas and Chefonne Montgomery. Loved ones will remember Jordin's beautiful smile and big, glowing eyes. His mother will never forget the moment he was reunited with his twin brother, Jeydin, after they both were born. Jordin had great strength amidst many obstacles. He fought a hard fight and will be dearly missed. Jordin w as preceded in death by his great-great-grandfather John Westly Span, great-great-grandmother Lizzie Mae Span, great-great-grandmother Loe Mattie Johnson and great-great-grandmother Mattie Lou Douglas. Jordin is survived by his parents, Patricia Douglas and Chefonne Montgomery; his twin brother Jaydin Montgomery-Douglas, his siblings Brandy Lemon and Josiah Montgomery-Douglas; his aunts and uncles, Tabari Evans, Tacuma Evans, Shaphan Jones, David (Kendra) Span, Michelle Douglas, and Malesha Span; cousins, Maleyah Gray, Brianna Span and Bryce Span; grandparents Mitchell and Hazel Douglas, and Scott and Melissa Montgomery; great-grandparents Reggie and Jacqueline Langford, and great-grandmother Stella Roberts.
