Deborah Kaye Jarman, known affectionately to all as Deb or Nanaw, completed her earthly journey on July 8, 2024. Born to the late Winford and Betty Green on March 28, 1951, in Detroit, MI, Deb was a beacon of laughter and love, filled with an adventurous spirit, whose life was a testament to the power of joy, family, and the great outdoors. Deb was a loving and thoughtful individual who had an infectious sense of humor. Her laughter was a melody that played through the lives of everyone she touched, bringing joy to all. Deb had a way of making everything feel special and unique, from her expertly crafted meals, her cherished time with her grandchildren, to the warmth she brought to her home in Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee. Having retired as the owner of Jarman Market, Deb was more than a successful businesswoman. She was a pillar of the community, an adventurous soul who loved everything about the outdoors, especially horses and gardening. Her love for flowers was an open secret, and her garden was a testament to her dedication and passion. Not one to stay indoors, Deb found her joy in traveling, exploring the world, and sharing those experiences with her loved ones. She was a pioneer of glamping, combining her love for comfort, nature, and adventure into unforgettable experiences. Deb was a woman of many talents, an excellent cook who loved to dance for pure enjoyment. Deb / Nanaw's Friend

I only knew Aunt Deb for a short amount of time, but she was definitely one of the sweetest and most loving people I have ever met. I always enjoyed her company and talking to her about her love of plants, which she shared with my wife. We even have some of her plants at our home in Michigan. My deepest condolences go out to her loving family and friends. I will miss our visits together when we came to Tennessee.
