Cledith Kincaid Obituary (1950 - 2025)

Cledith "Nelson" Kincaid, 74, of Camden, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. Nelson was born in Buckhannon on March 7, 1950, a son of the late Tressie Agnus Kincaid Powers. In addition to his mother, Nelson was preceded in death by his step-father, Bum Powers; mother and father-in-law: Charles Eugene Kyle Sr. and Norma Jean Kyle; sister-in-law, Jeri Sue Beezel; and two brothers-in-law: Stan Christopher and William “Bill” W. Norman. Nelson married his beloved wife, Judith "Judy" Joanne Kyle, on July 21, 2007. Their bond was a testament to his commitment and love, which will continue to live on in Judy's heart. Nelson is survived by his wife, Judy Kincaid; five children: Clinton “Nelson” Kincaid and wife, Liberty, Sherry Cantrell and husband, Eric, Jacqueline Robertson and husband, Allen, Courtney Jo Barnes, and Stephen Ray Barnes and companion, Courtney Gottz; eleven grandchildren: Justice Anthony Kincaid, Victoria Pennington, Dakota Ferrell, Chazady Browning, Chet Cantrell, Conner Rivera-Leon, Cage Cantrell, Caden Cantrell, Vivian Robertson, Abbagale Barnes, and Ansleigh Barnes; five great-grandchildren: Jemma Pennington, Jade Pennington, Barley Browning, Harlow Browning, and Arbour Browning; one sister, Retha Norman; two sisters-in-law: Sandra Jean Boyce and Kathryn Rose Christopher; two brothers-in-law: Timothy Scott Kyle and Charles Kyle Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him. Nelson was a man of many talents. He was a devoted driver for Alcon Factory and a skilled glass blower at Louie Glass for 30 years, demonstrating an exceptional dedication in every task he undertook. He was a man who took pride in his work and made a significant impact in his field. Nelson's hobbies reflected his versatile nature and knack for problem-solving. He had a passion for working on cars, and was known as a 'Jack-of-all-trades'. Nelson’s request for Cremation has been honored at Pat Boyle Funeral Home’s On-Site Crematory. A Private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
