Brad Halladay

–

Spanish Fork, Utah

Brad “Whiskey” Halladay passed away at the age of 63 surrounded by his wife, children, family, and friends.

Brad was born and raised in Provo, Utah. He was the eldest son of Hal and Shirlene Halladay and brother to 4 (Halene, Suzanne, Heather, and Brent). He graduated high school and began his apprenticeship in the Union Local 057 later merged with local 19 being long standing member of Local 140. As a hard worker and master of his craft, he was a proud member for 43 years. Many great friends made along the way I turn become brothers of the trade from all the jobs across the USA he traveled to and worked on. One of his proud accomplishments was being a lead foreman building the 2002 Olympic Bobsled and Luge run. Loved and respected by so many.

Brad loved golfing, hunting, and the outdoors (especially those mountains). Whiskey was always the life of the party - not only was he a loyal and caring friend, but a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, uncle, and brother. He enjoyed keeping a nice yard, breathing the fresh air, family, and throwing the ball to his (grand)dogs.

Brad was passionate about his sports - always keeping up with the LA Dodgers, Green Bay Packers, and the Utah Jazz, and a day on the golf course with his buddies.

He will always be remembered by his blunt and honest opinion, his rebellious nature, and that BOOMING voice “Built Ford Tough”.

Brad truly lived life with the spirit of curiosity and adventure, allegiance to brotherhood, and in service to others.

He was survived by his wife Kendelin, son Colton (Alexa) Halladay, daughter Randi (Tommy) Sodaro, daughter Hope Halladay, grandchildren Kylah, Addie, Jax, and Liam.
