Bernice "B.B." S. Davis Obituary (1917

Bernice (B.B.) S. Fargo was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 11, 1917 to Clarence Leon Fargo, Sr. and Mary Margaret Fargo. On April 7, 2010 she departed her earthly home and joined the Lord. She married Willie Davis on June 25, 1936. She leaves to cherish her memory - son Cornelius (Neal) Davis (Esther), Michigan City. grandchildren; Felice Simmons, Forth Worth, Texas; Tony Davis (Stephanie), Nashville, Tennessee; Cornell Davis; Derrick Wesley (Rosalyn); Darrell Davis, Sr.; and Michael Davis (Beverly), Terri Washington (Ray) Michigan City; and Tina Rice (Mark), Indianapolis. Left also to cherish her memory is 20 great grandchildren, 27 great great grandchildren, five nieces, two nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Proceeding her in death are her parents; her brother, Clarence Fargo, Jr.; sister, Blanche Poole; grandson, Cornelius Davis, Jr.; and great grandson Brandon Davis. Viewing will be held at Coleman and Hicks Funeral Home on Monday, April 12th, 4 - 7 p.m., Family Hour from 7 - 8 p.m. Services will be held at Queen of All Saints on Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m.
