In 1968, he became a resident of Michigan City, IN. He graduated from Rogers senior high school in 1982, he also attended Dana College in Blair, Nebraska, he was an U.S. Army Veteran. He loved to fish and hunt. He will be missed and never forgotten by his beloved and devoted brother Tommy (Sophia) Neal, Michigan City, loving son Tarqulias Purnell, Little Rock, AR, special aunt Laura Farmer, Michigan City, IN and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by two brothers James and Donald Neal, one sister Patricia Neal and one son Brandon Walker.
